Emily Lebovitz

Emily Lebovitz is a second-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology with Health Emphasis program at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University with a minor in Inequality Studies.
Emily's research interests center on social-ecological systems, with a focus on social cognitive processes, particularly as they relate to individuals with chronic disease, specifically cardiovascular disease. Clinically, Emily has experience in trauma-informed care and is passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan, integrating psychological assessment and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive, and individualized care |
