I am a master's level clinician currently working on my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Fordham University. I earned my undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University. I also studied Spanish and Social Human Rights at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
Broadly, I am interested in combining research and clinical practice to promote positive outcomes for individuals and families. I am passionate about the assessment and treatment of trauma and attachment-related disorders and emotion dysregulation. I have trained in child/adolescent outpatient and day treatment programs, inpatient hospitals, and forensic settings (e.g., juvenile detention, adult jails, courts) with diverse patients across the lifespan. I approach therapy from a flexible, compassionate, strengths-based, and holistic lens. I strive to treat the whole person by creating a collaborative environment and genuine therapeutic relationship. I utilize relational, cognitive/behavioral, and mindfulness techniques to support individuals to better understand themselves and cope effectively with adversity.
