Jesse Ogren, MSc
Jesse Ogren is a graduate of Princeton University, where she competed as a Division I soccer player before continuing her career professionally in France. While playing abroad, she also earned her Master’s degree with a focus on Sport Performance. For the past several years, Jesse has worked as a college advisor and youth athletic coach, supporting students in strengthening their executive functioning skills as well as optimizing their athletic performance.
With a specialization in executive functioning and sport performance, Jesse helps students develop the mental skills needed to excel both academically and athletically. She works with students to strengthen time management, organization, and goal-setting strategies, equipping them with tools to navigate high school, the college application process, and the transition to college. Passionate about giving back to youth sports, Jesse applies sport psychology techniques to help young athletes overcome mental roadblocks, manage performance anxiety, and build confidence to help them reach their potential both on and off the field. A Monmouth County native, Jesse grew up in Monmouth Beach with four younger sisters and attended Shore Regional High School. A lifelong athlete, she stays active through tennis, weightlifting, and yoga and enjoys cooking and baking nutritious recipes. She also loves weekend trips to Vermont, where she has been learning to snowboard for the past three years—an experience she finds both humbling and rewarding. |
